Try this before submitting a ticket:
End of Session and Term Action - Students Disappeared
When classes end based on the MDConnect end date, students are switched to Inactive and seem to disappear from your Canvas Gradebook. To view the students in the Gradebook, follow these steps:
- From the course menu, select Grades
- In the Student Name column, select the three vertical dots on the right edge.
- A menu will open.
- In the bottom half of the menu you will see Show. Select Inactive enrollments
Gradebook > Student Name - three vertical dots > Show Inactive enrollments
