Adult Education - Cannot Login to Canvas (Student)

Try this before submitting a ticket:

Students are added to Canvas four calendar days before the start of the term. If you receive an error that you do not have an account in Canvas, it could be due to an inactive MDConnect account. To activate your account, log into MDConnect through the MDC home page. Once successfully logged into MDConnect, it can take up to 4 hours to sync to Canvas.

As you might already be aware, Chrome and Firefox are the recommended browsers for using Canvas.
