No Account Found in Canvas (Student)

Having trouble logging into Canvas?

Try this before submitting a ticket:

If you receive an error indicating that you do not have an account in Canvas, it could be due to an inactive account in MDConnect. To activate your account, log in to MDConnect through the MDC homepage (www.mdc.edu).

Once you have successfully logged in to MDConnect, it may take up to 4 hours to sync with Canvas.

As you may already know, the recommended web browsers for using Canvas are Chrome and Firefox.
