Cannot Login to Canvas (Student)

Having trouble logging into Canvas?

Try this before submitting a ticket:

Students are added to Canvas four calendar days before the start of the term. If you receive an error that you do not have an account in Canvas, it could be due to an inactive MDConnect account, to activate your account log into MDConnect through the MDC home page. Once successfully logged into MDConnect, it can take up to 4 hours to sync to Canvas.

Remember, your full MDC email address is not your username in Canvas. Do not include @mymdc.net.
