ProctorU password isn’t working, the wrong exam might have been scheduled.
Verify that the correct course name was used when scheduling the exam. Example: ENC1101-2245-1234 = Course Name ENC1101-Term 2245-Class Number 1234.
If the exam window is open then reschedule the exam, If the exam window is closed you will need to contact your instructor to request a make-up exam.
