  1. Attempt to Contact the Faculty Member: Before taking further action, try reaching out to your instructor via email or during their office hours. Clearly express your concerns using proper email etiquette

  1. Reach Out to the MDC Online Student Services Team: If you are unable to reach the faculty member or if your concerns remain unresolved, contact our MDC Online Student Services Team. You can do this by submitting a request through the blue button labeled 'Submit Request' at the top right of this page.  

Please provide details of your previous attempts to communicate with the faculty member and explain the nature of your concerns. Supporting documentation, such as screen shots, will assist us in our efforts.
