If you are having issues logging into Canvas, please verify you can log into MDConnect. If you cannot, Please contact the IT help Desk for Technical Support.

- If you are not able to log into MDConnect or Email, resetting your password may resolve issue. Go to the Employee Password Reset.
- If you are missing a course in Canvas, please go to MDConnect to verify that you have been assigned to the course.
Please note: The process of syncing MDConnect and Canvas is not immediate. An enrollment file is run four times a day at 7 AM, 11 AM, 3 PM, and 7 PM. Depending on the activation time of your account, Canvas will create your account during the next file run. If your account is activated after 7 PM, it will be available in Canvas the following day after 7 AM.
