How to Submit a Request

Overview

There are a few ways to find the service that is needed for your particular request. 

What to do when you find the service you need? 

 

 

Search bar

As you type in the search bar, TeamDynamix matches your words with the names of provided services. 

 

Services tab

Clicking on the Services tab takes you to the full service catalog. All the services are nested within categories. You may need to click through a couple categories to get to a service that meets your request. The advantage of this approach is you get to looks at all the services categories available to you.

 

Submit a Request button

The "Submit a Request" button on the client portal landing page takes you to full service catalog. This is the same location the Services tab takes you to.

Popular Services

Popular services are the most selected services. They can be found on the landing page of the client portal. It provides a quick way to select a service.

What to do when you find the service you need?

When you find the service you need, click on the Request Service button. This will take you to a form to fill out. Once the form is submitted, the request will be sent to the group assign to handle this service. 

You will receive an email related to the request you just submitted. You can track your requests from the "My Tickets" button on the landing page of the client portal.
