Publishers - Contact and Technical Support (Student)

Many MDC courses require students to purchase online learning materials to go with their textbooks. These materials can be accessed through Canvas in different ways:

• Course materials uploaded directly into Canvas, including content, graded activities, and exams.
• Web links that take students to the publisher’s website for lessons, extra learning resources, or other instructional items.

Although the Online / Academic & Learning Technologies Helpdesk can provide general information about publisher content in Canvas, many third-party software vendors prefer that institutions do not provide technical support for their products.
