Request for Reinstatement (Student)

Students are required to seek faculty authorization for reinstatement.

Courses delivered through MDC Online do not require an add/drop card for reinstatement, as faculty authorization via TDX will suffice. Students if you were dropped for non-payment, please submit a service request through TDX so that the MDC Online Student Services Support team can proceed with the re-enrollment.

Students taking their class(es) In Person, MDC Live, or Blended should reach out to their instructor for permission to be reinstated and work with their Admissions/Registration office at your home campus.
