How to Comment on Your Ticket

First, to view your requests, click the "Ticket Requests" link under "Services". If you do not see "Ticket Requests" after clicking "Services," make sure you are logged into TeamDynamix.

 

 

Once you click on  "Ticket Requests," you will then see a listing of requests you have made. Click on the "Title" hyperlink to open a request.

 

 

To add more information to the request, to reply to messages in the feed, or respond to an email sent to you regarding a request, click the "Comment" button ( image below ). Comments made by the responsible group/person will also be emailed to the requester. The requester can either come back to this location to respond or reply to the email received. 

 

 

The comment location will have a text area for you to type your message or response. Make sure the responsible person or group is selected ( image below ).


 

To add an attachment, click on either "Add Attachment" button, the plus sign, or just drag the file on the designated area.
